Project Hope was founded by Jeff Kindelspire and open for business July 1, 2010.  Our slogan is "Community & Family Solutions"  Being a spiritually based program, we believe the success a person experiences is defined by their developing a relationship with God.  Our objective is to offer potential residents the stability, tools and resources necessary to achieve a successful transition back into society. Whether they are releasing from incarceration or seeking help on a private level.

Rent increase notice:

As of June 1, 2011-Monthly rent will increase to $500.00 per month.

$500.00 dollars per month

Drug & Alcohol Free Facility

 6 months 3,000.00 1/3 down payment due on admission ($1,000.00) Rents due on the 1st following the down payment.  No exceptions (Trust Accounts and held finances are the same for all clients. 

Rent is subsidized for the first 90 days of release. The offender is responsible for rent on the first day of the fourth month at Project Hope at the regular rate of $475.00 per month. 

Bi-monthly trust withdrawls. Second and Fourth Saturday of each month from their trust accounts. 

Trust account request forms must be received no less then four business days before the date of the next scheduled issue date.

Programs Length: 6 Months/90 day minimum

DOC offenders commit to no less than 90 days in release plan from the Institution 

15 day Black out on arrival/Outings are by escort only

Weekly church service attendance (Mandatory)

Weekly attendance  in house Bible study (Mandatory)

Weekly Community Volunteering per Project Hope direction

Maintain compliance and in good standing with DOC criteria.

Visitors are by approval only

No overnight guests

Mandatory 10 point random drug and alcohol testing

No drug or alcohol use on or off premises

No smoking in building / Designated areas only

Vehicles must be approved, restrictions apply.

Job search Monday - Friday (Exceptions: School, scheduled appointments., DOC, Project Hope)

Residents must sign out when leaving and back in when arriving, failing to sign in or out will result in disciplinary action.

Stealing or lying are not accepted and grounds for termination.

No violence( No exceptions)

No discussions of crimes. (No exceptions)

No vulgar, abusive and or cursive language .(No exceptions)

Any and or all personal property is subjected to search at the discretion of Project Hope.

Residents are subjected to body random searches at the discretion of Project Hope.

Residents will shower no less then 3 times per week and no more than 7 times each week.

Residents will pay for their own food and prepare it.

Residents food will be stored in assigned storage only.

Residents will be assigned a weekly laundry days for doing their personal clothes.

Laundry soap/Hygiene supplies are the responsibility of the resident.

All personal food/supplies, etc. shall be labeled with residents name.

Residents are responsible to disclose and resolve any legal issues upon release (DOC)

Project Hope will assist residents with resolving any warrants.

Residents will not commit any crimes while at Project Hope.

Potential residents will read, acknowledge and sign for these rules upon acceptance and approval into our program.
